Fees

Online registration for early birds opens Wednesday, March 25, 2026.

Registration fees:

  • Regular:              SEK 5,000 (plus VAT)

  • PhD students:  SEK 2,500 (plus VAT)

The registration fee will include:

  • Access to all ADM sessions from Tuesday to Thursday, Jun 9-11, 2026

  • Coffee breaks and lunches from Tuesday to Thursday, Jun 9-11, 2026

  • Welcome reception on Tuesday night, June 9, 2026

  • Dinner on Thursday, June 10, 2026

  • Conference dinner on Friday, June 11, 2026

  • Conference welcome package

The conference package will exclude:

  • Flight/Travel costs

  • Accommodation & Breakfast

  • Informal Get-Together on Monday, June 8, 2026

  • Cancellation insurance

Payment and cancelation policy:

Payment information and cancelation conditions will be communicated in due course before opening participant registration (March 2026).

Unfortunately, the conference does provide:

  • no delegate grants or subsidies (neither for students, researchers, nor other attendees); and

  • no visa endorsements.

Accommodation

Kalmar is a popular summer holiday destination in Southeast Sweden, located directly on the Baltic Sea next to Öland. While there is no shortage of accommodation options in walking or public-transport distance, attendees are advised to book their overnight stays in due time. The conference date is just a couple weeks before the start of Swedish travel season (Midsommar).

Venue

Kalmar Campus

ADM 26 will be hosted at Linnaeus University (LNU) in the premises of the School of Business and Economics in Kalmar. LNU’s Kalmar campus is located on the guest harbor, next to the tourist office, in between the Kalmar Castle and the historic city center.

Travel options

Direct flights to the regional Kalmar Airport (KLR) with SAS via Stockholm Arlanda Airport (ARN) . KLR airport is about a 15 min bus or taxi ride from the town center. The train station is about a 10-minute walk from Kalmar campus.

4-hour direct train connection from Copenhagen Kastrup Airport (CPH) to Kalmar with Öresundståg leaving every hour. CPH is a major airport hub with connections for many international carriers.
